Errors in the XML files generated from the editor

Term
Enabled
and MinimumTriggerPeriod

have errors in the xml when saved by the editor.

In Term and MinimumTriggerPeriod the numbers use a ',' instead of a '.' as decimal seperator.
In Enabled "True" is wrong. It should be "true" instead.

The xml file generated by editor do not work at all!! It´s a HUGE problem and must be fixed asap!
